Stores can decide to let customers request accommodations based on food allergies. You can review allergy requests prior to accepting and pass on orders you can’t accommodate.

To list your store as allergy friendly:

  1. Go to SETTINGS in Uber Eats Manager
  2. Find the “Let customers share food allergies?” section
  3. Toggle the button to ON

By opting in to this feature, you’ll appear to customers who search for allergy friendly stores. Customers will be able to select or add allergy requests to specific items when adding them to the cart. You agree that you’re responsible for accommodating customer allergy requests.

To turn this feature off, follow the steps above and toggle the button to OFF.
