Canceling bookings

To cancel your Uber Charter booking:

1. Go to the Uber Charter home screen
2. Select the booking you’d like to cancel
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the itinerary and select Cancel Trip
4. View your cancellation fee, if any
5. Confirm the trip cancellation

Cancellation fees

• No cancellation fee: Cancellation is at least 30 days before the trip date
• 50% of trip price: Cancellation is between 29 and 8 days before the trip date
• Full price collected: Cancellation is 7 and less days from the trip date

Changing bookings

To change your Uber Charter booking:

1. Go to the Uber Charter home screen.
2. Select the booking you’d like to change.
3. Complete any desired changes. Please note that changes may result in an increase in your booking price and not all changes are permitted.
4. Select Submit booking to confirm your changes.

Changing your booking after it’s confirmed may impact your booking price, available vehicles. and amenities. Not all changes are permitted and most changes cannot be made within 72 hours of the trip start date. To learn more about how changes may impact your booking, please contact the agent assigned to your trip. Dedicated agent information can be found by opening the booking from the Uber Charter home screen. The agent’s name, phone number, and email address will be displayed with your booking information.
