What to expect on the day of my trip

Check your inbox. Important information about your trip is emailed to you approximately 24 hours before your departure. If you’re traveling with a large group (greater than 10 people), plan for 5-10 minutes for your group to board the vehicle.

Changing details of ongoing trips

Uber Charter trips currently in progress must follow the details communicated at the time of booking.

Tipping

Uber Charter doesn’t offer in-app tipping. Tipping is optional. Please plan to bring cash if you intend to tip your driver. 10-20% of your trip’s total price is a commonly accepted industry standard.
