What makes an order large?
Orders classified as “large” require multiple bags or have large packaging sizes. This is determined by the store and typically takes into consideration the bulkiness/physical space items may take. Large orders may require additional delivery people to complete the delivery.
How are large orders split?
The store chooses the best way to split a large order. Stores usually separate large orders by item type or packaging size.
How can I track multiple delivery people for large orders?
Follow these steps to track your delivery people:
- In the app, tap the receipt icon on the bottom menu bar.
- Tap your current order.
- Tap “Track” to view the status and route map.
- Review the multiple delivery people on the bottom of the screen.
- Swipe and tap each delivery person box to see their estimated time of arrival.
How do I contact a delivery person?
- Open the app and tap the receipt icon on the bottom menu bar.
- Tap your current order.
- Tap “Track” to view the status and route map.
- Tap the phone icon.
- Select the delivery person you’d like to contact.
- Tap the chat icon to message the delivery person.
- Tap the phone icon to call the delivery person.
How do I add a tip for orders with multiple delivery people?
Tipping works the same as with one delivery person. You can add a tip for any of your delivery people in the app. If you provide a tip upfront, those tips are split evenly amongst the delivery people.
How to add a tip:
- Open the app and tap the receipt icon on the bottom menu bar
- Tap “Past Orders” and find the order you’d like to add a tip to
- Tap “Rate and Tip”
- Follow the prompts to add a tip
- The tipping screen will surface the delivery people sequentially. You can choose a tip amount for each delivery person individually.
