Weekly payment information

Please note that public holidays and other events can cause a delay to the normal payment processing time. You should receive your payment deposited into your account by the end of day Friday for the previous week.

If you have not supplied your bank account details, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to wallet.uber.com
  2. Enter the username and password that you use to log into the Uber Partner App and press Next
  3. Enter your BSB number and account number. Please be very careful to type these numbers correctly.
  4. Once you press the final ‘Next’ button you’re finished!

Confirm your bank details:

If you have not received your payment for the previous week by the end of the day on Friday please firstly confirm your bank details are correct on your Partner Dashboard.

Once your bank account information is entered, you should see the funds in your account within 3-5 business days.

Follow up on a missing late payment:

While most banks deposit on Thursdays, it is also normal for it to take until Tuesday the following week. Processing times can vary from time to time so we appreciate your patience.
