I need help with a trip or delivery issue

If you’re a driver or courier under a fleet and notice a problem with a trip or delivery, such as missing earnings, fare adjustments, or not receiving trip requests, you should:

  1. Check your app: Open your Uber Driver or Delivery app, go to Help, Trip Issues and Adjustments, and review available options.
  2. Restart and check connection: Make sure your app is updated, your device has mobile data, and you’re in an area where trips are available.
  3. Coordinate with your Fleet Partner: Some fleets prefer that drivers do not contact Uber Support directly for trip issues. Always check with your Fleet Partner to confirm their process before submitting a request.

If your Fleet Partner asks you to contact Support, use the Help section in your app and include the trip details so Support can assist quickly. Fleet Operators can also review driver and trip activity in the Fleet Hub, and contact Support directly to identify and resolve issues.
