How can I cancel my Uber One membership?

If you want to cancel your Uber One membership and avoid being charged for the next month, you can do so up to 48 hours BEFORE the membership renewal date by following the steps below:

1. In the Uber app, go to “Account” and select the “Uber One” option.
2. Go to the “Manage Membership” option.
3. Select “End Membership”.
4. Select why you want to cancel the subscription and tap “Continue”.
5. On the new screen, click “Continue” again.
6. Finally, select “End Membership”.
