After your “cooling off period” has expired, you can cancel your subscription in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.
To cancel your membership in the Uber app:
Tap the profile icon.
Tap ‘Uber One.’
Scroll and tap ‘Manage Membership.’
Select ‘End Membership’ and then ‘Leave Uber One’ to cancel your membership.
After canceling your membership, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
As an Uber One member you have £0 Delivery Fee, discounts on Uber Eats deliveries and Uber Rides. Cancelling your membership will mean you lose access to all your membership benefits after the end of your current billing period.
