2.1 - كيفية تحميل مستنداتك

You can upload a document by visiting drivers.uber.com or opening your Uber Driver App and logging in to your Driver account.

Here is how to submit your documents:

1 - Each uploaded document must:

  • Be a clear picture where it’s easy to read all information (avoid blurriness or darkness)
  • A photograph of the full, original document - please do not take photos of photocopies
  • Present all 4 corners of the document
  • Be up to date (not expired)
  • Match the information on your Uber profile and other documents
  • Upload all pages of the document when needed. If the document has multiple pages (eg. logbook), try uploading each page separately to ensure all the information will be readable

2 - Once you submit the required documents, the approval process will take up to 12 hours while our team reviews your submission. You can check in the Uber Driver app or at drivers.uber.com to see the status of the document approval process.

3 - If your documents are approved, you will see the status move from “Pending” to “Active”

4 - If required documents are expired, missing, or rejected from your account, you will receive a notification and you will need to re-upload the required documents making sure to follow the criteria on step 1
