Introducing Uber Match: a tool that allows you to list your vehicle and connect with Drivers who are looking for offers on available vehicles.
How to create an offer?
It is very important that before creating your offer in Uber March you make sure that the car you want to promote has all the required documentation and is active.
Steps to create an offer:
- Sign in to your Portal at supplier.uber.com.
- Go to the “Offers” section and click on “Add offer”.
- Select the vehicle you wish to rent from the list of your registered vehicles.
- Select the current mileage range of the vehicle.
- Select the type of fuel the vehicle uses.
- Write the details of your offer (e.g. requirements, payment method, extra data of the vehicle, forms and days in which you prefer to be contacted).
- Write the rental amount of the vehicle. Important: the price must match the time selected in the next step (e.g. if it is weekly, then you must write the weekly rental cost). You decide the rental amount of your vehicle yourself. We recommend that it be at a competitive price with the other advertisements in the Vehicle Market, in this way you will rent your vehicle faster.
- Select the rental term (weekly or monthly).
- If you require a deposit, write its value.
- Add your contact information. These data will be the ones that will appear within your offer so that the Driver Partners can contact you. For security, the contact details should not match the phone or email that you have registered with us in your Uber account. This part is very important, so that your offer is complete and it is easy for Drivers looking for a car to contact you.
- After creating your first offer, you will need to accept the terms and conditions.
- Ready! Your offer will be available in Uber Match.
- When you find the driver that is going to join your fleet, send him an invitation from your Supplier Portal in the Drivers tab, by clicking on “Add Driver”. The driver must accept the invitation in the “Inbox” of his application to be immediately linked to your account to start driving.
Has the vehicle in your offer already been rented? Follow these steps to deactivate the offer:
- Enter your Supplier Portal.
- Click on “Offer”.
- Select the vehicle for which you want to deactivate the Vehicle Market offer.
- In “Offer Status” select “Inactive”.
- Click on “Save”.
