My Uber Direct order cannot be delivered

At Uber, we are fully committed to offering the best experience for both Partners and Users.

Before contacting support for any issue regarding an Uber Direct delivery, please be sure you have tried the steps below:

  • When arriving at the Drop-off location, try contacting the User by phone or SMS.

  • After reaching the customer, a 10 minute timer watch will activate on our App, please wait this time for the User to receive the delivery.

  • If you can communicate with the User, it is important that you do not finish the trip until you have delivered the item, in this way, in case you have to return the item, the App will automatically calculate the trip route and adjust your fare.

  • If after 10 minutes of waiting, you are not able to communicate with the User, you can cancel the delivery from your App, selecting the cancellation reason that best suits the situation.

  • If you are unable to find sufficient parking for a Door to Door delivery, you can always contact the User via the App to request that the User meet you at your vehicle.
