Why do I see "List" and "Cart" when preparing an order?

The List and Cart sections are a feature for Grocery and Convenience stores designed to help you keep track of items as you prepare an order. When you begin an order, the customer’s requested items will be under the “List” section. As you mark them as added, they will move to the “Cart” section, allowing you to easily review an order before marking it as complete.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

As you begin grabbing the requested items, you can tap on an item in a List and hit the “Add to Cart” button, or simply swipe right to quickly add it to the Cart.

As you add items, they’ll start appearing in the Cart. You can remove items from the Cart the same way you add them from a List.

WHY CAN’T I COMPLETE AN ORDER?

By default, all items will need to be marked off the List and added to the Cart before you can mark an order as completed. If you would like to turn this feature off, you can contact support and request to disable this feature by following the link below.
