I paid in cash for a trip I requested as a digital payment

Before making any payment to the Driver, remember to check the payment method selected in your app. If you choose to pay with a digital payment method, credit card, PayPal, Uber Cash or Mercado Pago (only for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay), it will be paid directly in the app.

So if you choose a digital payment method when you request the trip, but end up paying in cash, you probably paid twice for the same trip.

Remember: if the amount paid to the Driver was a tip, we cannot refund it, as it is a voluntary amount that you can give and the Driver can accept it.
