We have identified some of the ways store operations can lead to canceled or missed orders:
Store does not accept orders: For Non POS integrated stores, if the store is closed or is too busy to accept orders on the tablet. For POS integrated stores, if hours or store status are not updated accordingly.
Courier cancellations at store: If the store is closing/has closed or there’s excessive wait time because the store is busy or long lines at the drive- thru.
Consumer cancels: The store is too busy to accept orders on the tablet. For POS integrated stores, this may also happen if there’s a mismatch between POS and Uber Eats menus.
