If it’s been more than 30 days since you deleted your account, it will be permanently deleted, and any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be removed. You will need to create a new account in order to use Uber’s services.
If it’s been less than 30 days since you deleted your account and you changed your mind, you can restore it by signing in at Uber.com.
