  • Obey traffic rules and obey traffic signs and signals.
  • Walk on sidewalks whenever possible. If there is no sidewalk, walk on the right side of the road, facing cars on the left.
  • Always pay attention and use your eyes and ears to assess the traffic around you, rather than being distracted by smartphones or other electronic devices.

Q&A(FAQ)

Q: Who can make deliveries on foot?

A: All delivery partners who deliver by bicycle will be able to deliver on foot simply by “changing their delivery method” in their own app. New delivery partners can also choose to only deliver on foot, if they do not have a bicycle.

Q: If I deliver on foot, do I need to use a delivery bag?

A: To ensure food safety and quality, we encourage all delivery partners, including those who deliver on foot, to use delivery bags (of their choice), but this is not mandatory.

Q: Will walking deliveries arrive later than bike deliveries?

A: The duration depends on various factors including availability of delivery partners, distances, traffic conditions, etc. Deliveries on foot may be more efficient as it involves shorter distances and there is no need to park and lock bicycles, unaffected by the flow of cars and other vehicles.
