If you have lost your Plus Card or it has been stolen, follow these steps to report this:
If you want a new Plus Card, press the “Obtain a new card” option and do all registration for “Shop and Deliver” modality.
Remember that as long as you don’t have an active Plus Card associated with your account, you will not be able to make “Shop and Deliver” deliveries.
To receive and activate a new Plus Card, you will need to choose to go to the distribution points listed in the link below, or receive it by mail if this option is available in your city.
If you choose to use cash or another payment method to pay for your customer’s item(s), make sure to change your payment method by selecting “No” to the screen “Are you using a Plus Card today?”. Once payment is complete with your own funds and the receipt is successfully uploaded, you’ll receive a reimbursement within the next 72 hours.
