It is possible that a customer may contact you during the delivery and inform you that the address they entered was incorrect.

If you deliver to the new address provided by the customer, the delivery fee will not be automatically adjusted for any additional time required.
If you are comfortable completing the delivery for the fare shown on the offer card, we would appreciate your support in completing the delivery.

If you are unable to complete the delivery, you may cancel it. In such cases, please contact Uber Support after receiving the customer’s request and explain that the delivery address has changed.

If you cancel the delivery, you may dispose of the order. Please ensure that the items are discarded appropriately and in a manner that does not cause inconvenience to others.
