Email confirmation: Shortly after signing up, you should receive an email from our background check company. This email contains instructions to start the process. Be sure to check your inbox, including your spam folder.
Wait time: Once you’ve provided all necessary information to the third-party vendor, it typically takes up to 5 business days for us to receive your background check results.
Check your spam folder: The email to start your background check might have landed in your spam or junk folder.
Submit documents yourself: If you’ve submitted your background check documents independently, they are usually reviewed within 5-7 business days.
