Before your 2-wheel trip starts, we highlight how your available Uber One credits can help lower or fully cover certain fare components—like the unlock fee and/or the first few minutes of your ride.
On your receipt, you’ll see a full fare breakdown - including unlock and duration charges—along with a line item showing the Uber One credits applied as part of membership benefits. Your final charge includes this benefit.
Additionally, if you’re a new Lime rider on Uber—meaning you’ve never taken a Lime trip through the Uber app—you may also receive a one-time membership benefit of up to 5 free unlocks. These unlocks are applied automatically as promotional credits on your first 5 eligible Lime trips, as long as you’re an active Uber One member at the time of each trip. You’ll see the Free Unlock applied on your final trip receipt as a promotional credit.
