You’ll need your Wi-Fi network name and password to complete setup. This process may take up to 30 minutes. For detailed instructions including illustrations see here.
Step 1: Reset Your Uber-Managed Tablet
Follow this sequence to factory reset your device:
Open Settings
Go to System > Reset Options (or use the search bar to search for “Reset”)
Select Erase all data (factory reset)
Confirm by selecting Erase all data
Step 2: Connect to WiFi
Connect the device to your local WiFi network, if prompted.
Step 3: Set Up Your Uber-Managed Tablet
The device will begin setup. You should see a “Setting up work device…” screen.
Follow any additional prompts that appear.
Once setup has started, the Ivanti Go app will launch.
In the Ivanti app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
From the menu, tap “Kiosk” and enable permissions.
The device will now enter kiosk mode.
Once setup is complete, confirm that the Uber Eats Order Manager app is downloaded and working. This process may take several minutes.
Step 4: Open the Uber Eats Order Manager App
Open the Uber Eats Order Manager app
Tap “Get Started”
Your device will automatically log in using your credentials
You should now be able to take orders.
Troubleshooting
If the tablet asks you to sign into a Google account, automatic setup did not work. You will need to use a QR code instead.
Option 1: Restore your previous Uber-managed device setup. This option uses a QR code sent via email and requires a few additional steps.
Option 2: Download the Uber Eats Order Manager app.
Option 3: Access Uber Eats Order Manager on the web.

Step 1: Reset your Uber-managed device
Note: The goal is to get the device to the Welcome screen to set it up as an Uber-managed device. If you are already at the Welcome / Start screen, you can skip to Step 2.
Find your Settings (if you cannot see the Gear icon, try searching for it)
Go to System > Reset Options. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to search for “Reset.”
Select Erase all data (factory reset)
Confirm by selecting Erase all data
Step 2: Open the QR scanner on your Uber-managed device
Do not press the start button. You can open the QR scanner by tapping the screen area just below the welcome banner 6–8 times.
Step 3: Scan the QR code
Pull up the QR code here on your phone or a secondary device.
Ensure that the secondary device screen is set to its maximum brightness.
Hold the QR code up to the Uber-managed device camera until it successfully scans.
Step 4: Set up your Uber-managed device
Connect the device to your local wifi network if prompted.
The device will begin setting up automatically. You should see a “Setting up work device…” screen.
Follow any additional prompts that appear on your screen. Depending on the device model, you may see a few sequential setup screens.
Once the initial setup finishes, the Ivanti Go app will launch automatically.
In the Ivanti Go app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
From the menu, tap Kiosk and enable the required permissions. The device will now enter kiosk mode.
Once kiosk setup is complete, confirm that the Uber Eats Order Manager app is downloaded and working. This process may take several minutes.
Once the Uber Eats Order Manager app finishes downloading, you should be automatically signed in when you open it. If not, sign in using your credentials. If you still have trouble accessing the app, try closing and reopening it.

If these steps do not restore your device, please proceed to Option 2.
Option 2 | Download the Uber Eats Order Manager app
This guide walks you through setting up a new Android device, downloading the Uber Eats Order Manager app from the Google Play Store, and logging into your store account. For a video walkthrough of this option, watch here.
Step 1: Connect your device to Wi-Fi and sign in to the Google Play Store.
If you do not have a Google account, please create one to proceed.
Step 2: Download the Uber Eats Order Manager app from the Play Store
Tap the search bar at the top of the screen and type Uber Eats Order Manager. (Note: If it does not appear as the first result, check for a sponsored listing or look for the app published by Uber Technologies, Inc.).
Select the app and tap Install.
Step 3: Log in to the Uber Eats Order Manager app
Open the Uber Eats Order Manager app.
