How can customers track their deliveries?

When you submit a delivery request an SMS flow isinitiated notifying your customer of delivery status via SMS.

You can opt-out of SMS notifications as well as end-customers. If end-customer opts-out, you will not receive SMS notifications for this or any future delivery.

How far can I deliver items?

We currently support a maximum delivery radius of 10 km in serviceable locations.

When you create a store or place a delivery request, you will be notified if the location is outside Uber’s serviceable locations.
