When you request a lease, the Uber App will send your request to nearby Lessor Partners. After the Lessor Partner accepts the lease, the Uber App will provide you information about the vehicle and the Lessor Partner on the way to your indicated location to initiate the lease.
Touch the bar where the Lessor Partner's name, photo, and vehicle are located. A photo of your Lessor Partner will be displayed there along with the brand, model, and license plate number of the vehicle.
When you see the vehicle at your indicated location to initiate the lease, confirm that the plate number shown by the Uber App matches. Lessor Partners often ask for your name before you get into their car.
