The upfront fare is based on a suggested route between the exact start and end locations of the trip that you enter when requesting. When this route changes significantly, our system recalculates the value of the trip.
There are some situations that may change the fare estimate:
- Extra stops or change of destination.
- Increased time to complete the trip beyond the expected (which can be caused by accidents along the way, climate changes, among others).
- Considerable change in travel route, impacting time and/or distance.
Therefore, additional time and distance will be included in the price, which may result in a final value greater than that initially shown in the app. If you need a review of the final value, please fill in the fields at the bottom of this page.
