Inappropriate driver behavior, such as unwanted physical contact or verbal aggression, is not allowed.
Drivers must also follow traffic laws and operate their vehicles responsibly at all times. If something during your ride made you feel uncomfortable, you can report it through the app.
If there is an urgent concern during a ride, open the live ride screen, select the Emergency option, and choose Call Police. You’ll be connected to local authorities. An alert will also be shared with Uber’s Incident Response team, who can review the situation in real time and provide support.
