There are a few reasons that can prevent you from requesting a trip, such as:

  • You have an outstanding payment from a previous trip;

  • There are no drivers available in your region at the moment you’re requesting the trip. In that case, you can wait for the estimated time to find a driver. If there is no drivers available after this time, you will receive a notification in your app;

  • The phone number or email registered in your account has not yet been confirmed;

  • Uber is not available in your location;

  • You are trying to request a trip in cash, but your CPF number has not yet been registered in the Uber account;

  • Incorrect birthdate;

  • Incorrect CPF number;

  • Issue with the device.
