Arranging Uber Central rides

For help with arranging an Uber Health or Uber Central ride, follow the instructions below.

To request or schedule a ride:

1. Sign in to central.uber.com or health.uber.com.
2. Select New ride in the upper left and then Single ride. You can also batch upload rides.
3. Fill out the rider information and pickup and dropoff locations. Your rider will receive a text message or automated call (if selected) with trip details if you enter their number.
4. To change the language of texts or calls riders receive, click Edit language beneath the phone number field and select a language from the dropdown.
5. To share an immediate (on-demand) ride with a trusted contact, select the Share trip status toggle. This contact will receive a text message with a link to track the trip in real time. You can share the trip with up to 3 trusted contacts, but can’t share trips on batch ride uploads.
6. Choose whether you want to arrange a scheduled or flexible ride.
7. Select when you want to book the ride.
   • To request a ride immediately (make sure the rider is ready), leave Today and Now beneath Choose when they’ll ride
   • To schedule a ride for a different day and time, select Today to change the date of the ride and Now to change the time. You can book rides 30 minutes to 30 days in advance. For flexible rides, you’ll only select a day (not a time), since riders will request the trip via text message.
8. Scroll down to select a vehicle type and add a note to the driver or internal memo (optional).
9. Select Request now (for scheduled rides) or Set up ride (for flexible rides). You can also save the ride as a draft.

Once a trip is in progress, you can track the driver’s location on the ride card under Today’s rides.

Για να κάνετε εκ νέου κράτηση για μια διαδρομή ή για να κάνετε κράτηση για διαδρομή επιστροφής:

1. Συνδεθείτε στο central.uber.com ή στο health.uber.com.
2. Μεταβείτε στις Ολοκληρωμένες ή τις Προηγούμενες διαδρομές στα αριστερά της οθόνης.
3. Επιλέξτε τη διαδρομή για την οποία θέλετε να κάνετε εκ νέου κράτηση ή κάντε κράτηση μιας διαδρομής επιστροφής.
4. Επιλέξτε εκ νέου κράτηση διαδρομής ή κράτηση διαδρομής επιστροφής.

Για να επεξεργαστείτε μια ευέλικτη διαδρομή:

1. Για να αλλάξετε την ημερομηνία, την τοποθεσία ή τον τύπο οχήματος μιας μελλοντικής ευέλικτης διαδρομής:
2. Συνδεθείτε στο central.uber.com ή στο health.uber.com.
3. Επιλέξτε Μελλοντικές διαδρομές και μετά τη διαδρομή που πρέπει να ενημερωθεί.
4. Επιλέξτε Επεξεργασία διαδρομής και ενημερώστε τη διεύθυνση παραλαβής ή παράδοσης ή την ημερομηνία της διαδρομής.
5. Επιλέξτε Ενημέρωση διαδρομής.

Για να αλλάξετε το όνομα ή τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου του επιβάτη ή να επεξεργαστείτε μια ευέλικτη διαδρομή που έχει προγραμματιστεί για σήμερα, ακυρώστε τη διαδρομή και δημιουργήστε νέα.

Μόλις υποβληθεί αίτημα για μια άμεση διαδρομή, δεν μπορείτε να επεξεργαστείτε τις πληροφορίες διαδρομής στον πίνακα ελέγχου.

Για να ακυρώσετε μια διαδρομή:

1. Συνδεθείτε στο central.uber.com ή στο health.uber.com.
2. Από τις Σημερινές διαδρομές ή τις Μελλοντικές διαδρομές (ανάλογα με το πότε προγραμματίζεται η διαδρομή), βρείτε τη διαδρομή που θέλετε να ακυρώσετε.
3. Επιλέξτε Άκυρο στην κάρτα διαδρομών.

Κατά την ακύρωση μιας διαδρομής ενώ ο οδηγός είναι ήδη καθ' οδόν, ενδέχεται να υπάρξει χρέωση ακύρωσης στον λογαριασμό σας.
