Riding safely
Uber Moto offers a convenient way for riders to travel using your motorcycle. To ensure a secure experience for everyone, please follow these safety guidelines and requirements:
One rider only: Only one user can ride with you per Uber Moto trip.
Age requirement: Riders must be at least 18 years old. If a minor requests a ride, we recommend you cancel the trip for safety reasons by selecting the “Passenger Behavior” option.
Helmet use: Safety first! Both you and the rider must wear a motorcycle helmet on each trip.
Providing helmets: We advise you to have an extra, sanitized helmet on hand for riders. This helps make sure the trip is safe.
No helmet, no ride: If you don’t have a spare helmet for the rider, or if the rider doesn’t have their own, it’s okay to cancel the trip.
Dealing with intoxication: Should you encounter a rider who is intoxicated or not in a condition to ride, cancel the trip for safety. You can do this by choosing “Passenger Behavior”.
Remember, as the vehicle owner, you’re responsible for ensuring helmet use during trips, as required by law.
