I want to report a trip denial due to discrimination

Uber expects drivers to comply with all state, federal, and local laws when it comes to transporting riders. According to the Uber Community Guidelines, discrimination of any kind is not tolerated from riders or drivers.

This includes refusing to transport riders based on characteristics protected under federal law. These characteristics include, but are not limited to:

  • Race
  • Color
  • Religion
  • National Origin
  • Age (40 and over)
  • Gender
  • Sexual Orientation
  • Gender Presentation
  • Pregnancy
  • Citizenship
  • Disability

Uber has a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination of any kind. This means drivers will lose account access if they are found to have refused service to riders based on any of the above characteristics.

If you were denied service due to federally protected trait, please let us know here.
