How to receive your order

There are two ways to receive your order: hand delivery and dropoff. Please select your preferred method when placing your order.

Choose how you want to receive

Tap the pickup method on the checkout screen, then following “options” will be displayed.

• Hand it to me
• Leave at location

Hand it to me

This method is to receive the items by hand from the delivery partner.

Meet at my door: Select this option if you wish to pick up at the entrance of the building or in front of your house.

Meet outside: Select this option if you wish to pick up the item outdoors, away from buildings, such as in a park.

Meet in the lobby: Select this option if you wish to pick up the items in a common area of the building.

Leave at location

This method is to pick up items placed at a designated location. This is not available for cash payment orders.

Leave at my door: Select this option if you want a dropoff at the entrance or the front of the room.

Leave at building reception: Select this option if you want to designate a common space in the building..

Before placing an order

In addition to the address and receiving method, please make sure that the pin on the map points to the correct location to ensure smooth delivery. If it is not correct, tap “Edit Pin” to adjust it. For details, please refer to”How to receive your order smoothly “.

After placing an order

Please keep in mind that even after you have finalized your order, the following may occur

• Restaurants/Stores and delivery partners may contact you about items and deliveries. Please make sure you are aware of notifications from the app. You can also contact your delivery partner.
• The app may notify you of a PIN number to give to your delivery partner. Please tell your delivery partner after you have received the items. For more information, see “PIN code Authentication”
