Problema técnico con la tablet de Uber Eats

You may be experiencing a technical issue affecting your Uber-managed devices. While our teams work to fully resolve the issue, you can start receiving orders again by using one of the following steps.

Important reminder

Uber Eats will never ask you to share PIN codes, bank account information, passwords, or other sensitive business or personal information via text, email, or phone.

You will first need to access a QR code, which will guide you through setting up your device again. You should receive this QR code directly in an email from Uber.

Step 1: Get the QR code from the email received from Uber

Step 2: Reset your Uber-managed tablet

  • To reset your device select Settings (gear icon) >> Backup & reset >> Factory data reset. On the Factory reset screen, tap Reset tablet, and select “Erase everything”.

Step 3: Set up your Uber-managed tablet

  1. Use your Uber-managed tablet to scan the QR code. You can open the QR scanner by tapping anywhere on the tablet screen 6 - 8 times.
  2. Connect the device to your local WiFi network, if prompted.
  3. The device will begin setup. You should see a “Setting up work device…” screen.
  4. Follow any additional prompts that appear. Depending on the device, you may see a few setup screens.
  5. Once setup has started, the Ivanti Go app will launch.
  6. In the Ivanti app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  7. From the menu, tap “Kiosk” and enable permissions. The device will now enter kiosk mode.
  8. Once setup is complete, confirm that all required apps have downloaded and are working, including Uber Eats. This process may take several minutes.
  9. Once the Uber Eats app has downloaded, log in with your UEO credentials.

If these steps do not restore your device, please follow the options below.

  1. Open Uber Eats Orders in a browser.

Uber Eats para restaurantes: Guía de descarga y configuración Esta guía te explica cómo configurar un nuevo dispositivo Android, descargar la aplicación Uber Eats para restaurantes desde Google Play Store e iniciar sesión en tu cuenta de restaurante.

Paso 0: Configuración del dispositivo (Incorporación de nuevo dispositivo)

Si tu dispositivo ya está configurado y conectado a Wi-Fi, pasa al Paso 1.

  1. Enciende el dispositivo. El asistente de configuración inicial se iniciará automáticamente.
  2. Selecciona tu idioma preferido y toca Siguiente.
  3. Cuando se te solicite, conéctate a una red Wi-Fi:
  • Selecciona tu red de la lista.
  • Ingresa la contraseña de Wi-Fi y toca Conectar.
  1. Avanza por las pantallas de configuración restantes (fecha/hora, servicios de ubicación, etc.); puedes aceptar los valores predeterminados o tocar Omitir / Siguiente en cada pantalla hasta llegar a la pantalla de inicio.

Nota: Se requiere una conexión Wi-Fi para descargar aplicaciones desde Google Play Store. Asegúrate de tener una conexión estable antes de continuar.

Paso 1: Iniciar sesión en Google Play Store (si aún no has iniciado sesión)

Si ya tienes una cuenta de Google iniciada en tu dispositivo, pasa al Paso 2.

  1. Abre la aplicación Google Play Store en tu dispositivo Android (busca el ícono del triángulo de colores).
  2. Toca Iniciar sesión.
  3. Ingresa una dirección de correo electrónico de Google válida y toca Siguiente.
  4. Ingresa la contraseña y toca Siguiente.
  5. Revisa y acepta los Términos del servicio y la Política de privacidad.
  6. Ahora deberías ver la pantalla de inicio de Play Store. Has iniciado sesión y estás listo para descargar aplicaciones.

¿No tienes una cuenta de Google? Toca Crear cuenta en la pantalla de inicio de sesión, elige Para mí y sigue las instrucciones en pantalla para configurar una cuenta de Google gratuita.

Step 2: Download the Uber Eats for Restaurants App

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Tap the search bar at the top of the screen and type Uber Eats for Restaurant.
  3. Look for the app published by Uber Technologies, Inc. and tap Install.
  4. Wait for the download and installation to complete.
  5. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

Step 3: Log In to Uber Eats for Restaurants App

  1. Open the Uber Eats for Restaurant app.
