These are the instructions to order an Uber Flash for Central shipment on your dashboard:

To request a shipment, choose the “DELIVERY” option in the Uber Central Panel. Then, enter the following details:

  • Collection address and delivery point.
  • Additional shipping details.
  • A note can be added with instructions in order that the Lessor Partner can complete the shipment.
  • Verify that you are not transporting any prohibited object (you can check this on the following link).
  • Accept the Uber Flash for Central Terms and Conditions.

We remind you that you will not be able to modify the collection address or the delivery point after registering the delivery.

You can track the process of your shipment on your dashboard. Simply track it down under the section PROGRESS TRIP.

To give someone access to arrange deliveries:

  • Sign in to business.uber.com.
  • Invite people who will arrange package deliveries to join the company account.
  • Let users know they will need to accept the email invitation from Uber for Business.

Anyone you invite will have access to arrange deliveries on your Uber Flash for Central account.

HOW TO CANCEL A DELIVERY?

In case you want to cancel a delivery, follow this instructions:

  • Enter this website: central.uber.com.
  • Select the option “TODAYS DELIVERIES”, you can find it on the left part of your screen. After that, click “ON COURSE DELIVERIES”.
  • Find the delivery you need to cancel and confirm this action using the button “CANCEL TRIP”.

REVIEW PAST DELIVERIES

In order to view complete deliveries:

  • Enter the websites: central.uber.com or health.uber.com.
  • Select “TODAYS RIDES” on the left and then “PAST TRIPS” or “COMPLETED”.
  • Click any lease card to expand delivery details.

Administrators can also download an activity report, which will include all requests made on the account.
