My Card was Lost or Stolen

You can report a lost or stolen card in the Uber Pro Card app by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Wallet tab
  2. Tap on the 3 dots
  3. Tap on Order Replacement Card

A new card will be printed and shipped to you and it’ll arrive within 5-7 business days. Your real-time Uber payments will be paused until you activate your new card. During this time, you’ll still get your payments each Monday through weekly direct deposit. Please make sure your banking information is added to your Uber account.
