Uber is committed to safety for everyone. Please do not overload your vehicle and only accept trips following vehicle capacity based on seat availability.
If the riders are more than your vehicle capacity, please politely decline the trip. You can also suggest part of the riders request an additional vehicle or re-request a larger (such as UberXL) vehicle to travel together.
If your rider used Car Seat or traveled with pets but requested wrong product options, please let us know here. We will review the trip fare and make any necessary adjustments.
