When you complete a trip, it should immediately appear on the Earnings and Earnings Activity sections of your app and the Earnings page on drivers.uber.com. Both pages display every trip completed in the current week.
Delays shouldn’t last longer than a few hours and your trip earnings should process normally.
Each week begins on Monday at 4:00 am local time and ends at 4:00 am the following Monday. If a trip was completed before 4:00 am on a Monday, it may appear in the previous week’s pay statement.
In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours for a trip to display in your app. If you are seeing a Still updating earnings message in the Earnings Activity section of the app, this message will disappear once your trip earnings have been processed.
Please note that tips are processed separately from trips and may not show during this time. If your earnings don’t process automatically, our system will flag the trip so an internal team can review it and issue a manual payment. This process may take up to 15 days from the completion of your trip. We keep a record of all trips and you’ll receive your full earnings.
