Cómo comprender las calificaciones de satisfacción por hacer entregas

At the end of every completed delivery, the recipient and the restaurant can rate their experience with you using a thumbs up or a thumbs down.

You can see how people rate your deliveries by following the steps below:

1. Tap the menu button (three lines) on the top left.
2. Select “Profile” from the top menu
3. Tap the rating under your name on the Profile tab

Your delivery rating is an average based on the last 100 deliveries. If nine people gave a thumbs up and one person gave a thumbs down, your delivery rating would be 90%.

Once you have tapped on your overall rating, you’ll find more specific feedback on your timeliness and other areas for improvement.
