If you are a Japanese national, you do not need to visit the Compliance Center.
If you are a foreign national, you will have to have your passport and Residence card physically checked at any of the Compliance Centers below, after you submitted all the required documents online. You must complete this process in order to be able to start delivering on Uber Eats.
Compliance Centers only process ID/documents checks. Please contact support from the Uber Driver app for any other inquiries.
