If you had to cancel the trip paid for by PIX, through the app or, for some reason, it was canceled by the partner, don’t worry, as you will receive the PIX refund directly to your bank account within 3 hours.
Check if the amount is already available in your bank account, as the chargeback is usually carried out immediately. Also bear in mind that any instability in the transaction’s originating bank or in the Central Bank system may affect the reimbursement time.
