What if I processed my own background check or VEVO check?

Ensure that the checks are done through National Crime Check (NCC) and request for them to forward your check to us.

How long will it take to process my background check?

Background checks (BGC) usually take 14 days to process.

What if I already received my BGC from NCC but it is not yet uploaded to my account?

Eats: If you have already received your BGC, please send us a PDF copy and we’ll upload it to your account. Ensure that verification codes are visible on the document.

Once we receive your BGC, a specialised team will review it and will take 2 hours.

Rides: If you have already applied for your BGC from NCC, please note that BGCs can take up to 14 business days to process.
