Uber is introducing some changes in the way the Uber app operates in Ukraine as from 16th November 2022 at 23:59.
Riders will now pay Uber directly instead of paying the driver but that doesn’t mean any new user experience requesting a ride or paying for it. This means that from 23:59 on 16th November 2022, the transportation services will be offered to you directly via Uber.
Riders will continue to see an upfront price at the time of requesting a trip which is inclusive of any estimated tolls, surcharges, and fees. Wait time fees will be added to the fare based on actual waiting time.
