For reservations that are paid at the rental counter, you can cancel your reservation at any time before pickup without incurring a cancellation fee. If you have a reservation that was prepaid in the Uber app, you can modify or cancel your reservation in the Uber app more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and pricing at the time of the update.
Please note: Android users are currently unable to modify reservations directly in the app. If you’re using Android and need to make changes, you’ll need to cancel your existing reservation and book a new one with your preferred details

For reservations where you pick up the vehicle yourself at the rental counter, you can cancel your reservation up to your scheduled pickup time.
For Car Delivery reservations, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
