Riders are responsible for damage they cause to the interior or exterior of a vehicle, such as damage to upholstery or body components. Vehicle damage fees are paid in full to the vehicle's driver.
In the event you are charged a vehicle damage fee, you will receive an updated trip receipt. To dispute a vehicle damage fee, please navigate to Trip Issues and Refunds > I want a refund > I was charged a vehicle damage fee.
