What is Uber Freight’s Tracking Policy?

Uber Freight requires all load status updates to be provided through an automated source, such as the Uber Freight app, web portal, ELD integration, or third-party data aggregators (such as project44 or FourKites). This helps you meet Uber Freight’s tracking requirements and reduces the number of tracking calls you receive.

Required status updates include:

  • Dispatched 3+ hours before pickup
  • Arrived at pickup
  • Departed pickup
  • Arrived at dropoff
  • Delivered

What should I do if I’m running late or can’t make an appointment?

Please contact Uber Freight if:

  • On-time pickup or dropoff is at risk
  • Your previously communicated status has changed

You can reach out in the following ways:

If you need to remove yourself from a load, you can cancel through the Uber Freight app:

  • Navigate to Select My Loads
  • Select Load Details
  • Select Cancel this load
