To check the status of your order:

1. Tap the receipt icon on the bottom menu bar.
2. From your list of orders, tap “Track Order” to view the status of your order.
3. It will either be waiting for the merchant to confirm they’ve received your order, in the process of being prepared, or with a delivery person and on the way to you.

If you need help with an order, call the merchant directly through the Uber Eats app. Merchants can contact the delivery person on your behalf.

Here’s how to contact the merchant:

1. Access the order status screen.
2. Swipe up until you see a section called “Contact merchant” and tap the phone icon.
