What happens if someone is not home when their prescription is delivered

The recipient must be home at the time of delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier is unable to find the location, or any other issue arises, the prescription will be returned to the pharmacy. A return fee may apply in these situations.

Can we order temperature controlled items

Yes, we can deliver temperature controlled items. Pharmacies are responsible for making sure that the order is packaged in an appropriate manner.

Can we order controlled substances?

At this time, controlled substances are not offered as part of the standard Uber Health prescription delivery process.

Do you provide proof of delivery

Signature collection is required for all deliveries.

Coordinators using the Uber Health dashboard can access delivery details such as the delivery time and recipient’s name. In the “Attention Needed” section, coordinators will see if the delivery was unsuccessful.
