Pickup wait times: What to do?

• Check with the restaurant: If you’re waiting, feel free to ask the staff how much longer the order will take. This will usually be ready within 5 minutes.
• Wait or cancel: You choose how long to wait for an order. If it’s too long, you can cancel and let another delivery person take it without penalty.

Compensation for wait times

• Fair Earnings: Your upfront fare includes the distance you travel and the time you spend on a delivery, even the wait time.
