What is a Promotion Period?

A promotion period is the specific timeframe when the promotion is available. These can include certain days, and sometimes specific hours of the day, when you can earn extra for your trips.

Trip eligibility for promotions

Trip is considered based on when it is requested. If a rider requests a trip before the promotion period ends, it counts. For instance, if they request at 4:59pm and the promotion ends at 5pm, the trip is eligible.

Remember, to make the most of promotions, keep an eye on the start and end times, and plan your rides accordingly!
