WHAT ARE LIME SCOOTERS?

Lime scooters are electric scooters that can travel up to 15 mph for 20+ miles. These scooters are part of Lime’s smart mobility share system which also includes bikes and transit vehicles.

HOW DOES LIME SCOOTER SHARE WORK?

Users can rent a Lime scooter through their Uber app.

If Lime scooters are available in your market, you can simply open your Uber app, tap Ride at the top of the screen and select Bike & Scooter. This view will show you all available Lime scooters and allow you to find one nearest you. By tapping on a Lime scooter, you will see:

• Pricing and payment options
• How to find and unlock your scooter
• Safety tips and tricks for using Lime scooters

To end your trip, open the Uber app and tap to end ride. You will see an in-app receipt showing the final fare for your ride.

HOW TO GET SUPPORT

If you’re having issues with your Uber payment method or account, tap “Help” in your app, then “Account and Payment Options”.

Lime’s support team will need to address all other questions related to your ride, including pricing, scooter issues, and other inquiries.
