You can check the status of your order in your app using the "track order" option.
If your order is yet to be picked up by a delivery person, please bear with us as we may be experiencing high demand at the restaurant, or in your area.
If your order has already been picked up by a delivery person, you can call the delivery person using the "Contact" button in the Uber Eats app and ask about the status of your order
In the unlikely event that the restaurant is unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified and not be charged.
