What are Add-Ons?

You are able to order anything from stores whichever is nearest to you with no additional fees while the restaurant is preparing your food. After placing your order, the Add-Ons banner that appears on the screen lets you purchase items from eligible stores. Please note that in some cases if you order more than the minimum order amount, there will be no delivery fee and no service fee. Please confirm the details of the order amount in advance.

• Add-Ons include alcohol, dessert, drinks, groceries and convenience.
• Please note that the Add-Ons banner will expire if it has been 10 minutes or more since it appeared.
• These stores can change depending on factors such as your location.

Add-ons are not available if…

• Merchant prep time is less than 5 minutes.
• Merchant is using self-delivery, Pick-up, Priority Delivery, Scheduled Orders, Cash Orders.

Why are there instances in which I do not encounter the Add-on Orders Banner?

Add-on orders takes into consideration merchants which are in close proximity to the restaurants that you have placed your first order from. In some instances, they are no eligible merchants which are either open or close enough for you to add-on. In these situations, you will not experience the add-on banner

Why do I have a higher minimum basket size requirement?
